These Terms of Service outline the conditions under which Arpita Printers provides its printing and production services. By requesting a quote, placing an order, or using our website, you agree to these terms.

1. General Information

All information provided on this website is general in nature. Product availability, specifications, materials, and printing capabilities may vary depending on the specific requirement and current production capacity.

2. Quotations & Orders

All quotations provided by Arpita Printers are subject to confirmation based on the final agreed specifications. 3. Customer Artwork & Content

Customers are responsible for providing the final artwork and content required for printing. The customer must ensure they have the legal right to use any supplied artwork, logos, or content.

Arpita Printers will review the artwork with the customer, but the final responsibility for spelling, numbers, colours, logos, and dimensions lies with the customer.

4. Written Approval Before Production

Before any order moves into production, the final artwork and specifications must be confirmed and approved by the customer in writing.

5. Changes After Approval

Once written approval has been given and production has started, changes to the artwork, content, or specifications may not be possible. If changes are requested after approval, they may affect the production timeline and incur additional order requirements or costs.

6. Production Timelines

Production time depends on the product, quantity, material, artwork, finishing requirements, and current production schedule. Agreed timelines will be discussed during the quotation process, but delays caused by unforeseen circumstances may occur.

7. Payment, Refunds & Cancellation

8. Delivery & Collection

Arpita Printers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our printed products. Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the printing order placed by the customer.
